Our Refund Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a purchased trip package within 15 days, you may be eligible for an immediate refund after submitting the cancellation request. Based on what package you purchased, various refund procedures apply.
  • Any bank fees associated with the refund, whether made to the customer’s credit account or a bank account, are deducted from the refunds. There will be no repayment or reduction given to any tour participant in respect of airfare, accommodations, meals, guided tours, transportation, or any other facilities included within the trip fare out but which are not used by tour person due to some personal reasons, regardless of the reason for the non-utilization.

Our Cancellation Policy

A Client may cancel their booking by notifying GT Tourism by email or written notification or by their booking Agent, where applicable. The applicable cancellation fees shall be determined with reference to the date on which the request to cancel is received by GT Tourism.

  • Cancellation received 60 days or more prior to the departure date of the Expedition, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation received 30 – 59 days prior to the departure date of the Expedition, the full amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation received 29 days or less, all monies paid are non-refundable. No replacement will be accepted.
