Day 1

Hanoi Arrival (D)

Arrive at Noi Bai Airport, transfer to the hotel. Welcome dinner featured with Vietnamese specialties at a local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2

Hanoi city tour (B/L)

Your tour starts with a visit to Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, stilt house, Ho Chi Minh museum and One Pillar pagoda. The next stop is Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university – Quoc Tu Giam. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit Vietnam Women's museum and Hoa Lo prison called Hanoi Hilton by American prisoners, then roaming around Hoan Kiem lake. Enjoy cyclo or electric car tour around bustling Hanoi 36 streets and unique water puppet show.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3

Hanoi - Halong (B/L/D)

Halong Bay is one of the Wonders of the Natural World, 1960 islands in one bay. 2D1N Halong cruise can offer you are many wow moments in this place and will be one of highlights of your Vietnam holiday.

From Hanoi, you can reach Halong Bay after 4 hours on road. The vessels will give you a warm welcome and the guide will give you a safety brief before you check in to your cabin and have lunch while the cruise is passing through many multi-shaped rocks. Depends on the cruise you travel with, you will discover a cave on this day or the next day, but just make sure you don’t miss kayaking along the bay and admire the honey sunset in the late afternoon, especially in summer time.

Enjoy the landscape from your sundeck and join the happy hour offered by your cruise.

Day 4

Halong - Hanoi - fly to Ho Chi Minh city (B/Brunch)

Wake up in the sounds of the lapping Bay. You can join the Taichi class on the top deck or simple breathe some fresh air. The cruise will take you go along the Bay before boating back to the harbor. The brunch is served on boat.

Get on the car/bus and drive back to Hanoi, then Noi Bai airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 5

Cu Chi half day tour (B)

Have breakfast at your hotel. Visit Cu Chi tunnels - an incredible system including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. Visiting here, you will find out why Vietnam was the winner in the war. Free in the afternoon or go shopping at Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 6

My Tho - Mekong delta (B/L)

Depart Saigon by road for Mekong Delta and its gateway city of My Tho, located 72 km south west of the city. Board a riverboat for an excursion across the Mekong through islands covered with lush flora and small rural communities. Cruise to Thoi Son Island where you will have the opportunity to visit a local house and taste some of the fruits that are grown locally in the orchards. Parkway in orchards, tasting tropical fruits. Lunch is at a local restaurant where you will have the chance to sample a local specialty: ‘elephant ear' fish. Conclude your tour of the Mekong with a stop at Vinh Trang pagoda, the largest and most remarkable pagoda in the delta. Return to Saigon.

Day 7

Ho Chi Minh City – Siem Reap (B/L)

Take a morning flight to Siem Reap. Siem Reap is an important city of Cambodia, the gateway to Angkor region.

Leaving your luggage at your hotel, we start our trip from the South Gate of Angkor Thom which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of Leper King. The largest religious monument in the world - Angkor Wat is not to be missed. We stroll around this massive monument, admire the sculptures on columns, walls of libraries, pavilions and courtyards. O/N in Siem Reap.

Day 8

Siem Reap - Angkor Temples (B/L)

Today, you will visit an incredible sight, the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm. This temple looks like a place in a fairy tale with ancient trees growing out of the ruins and embracing themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.

We explore this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples including Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado.

In the afternoon, we visit some temples in the complex with Preah Khan, Angkor Wat - Siem Reap – Cambodia Kravan, Neak Pean, Krol Ko, Ta Som, East Mebon and Pre Rup Temples, ares also visited this afternoon before walking up to Phnom Bakheng Hill for a view of the spectacular sunset over these sandstone monuments. O/N in Siem Reap.

Day 9

Siem Reap - Banteay Srei - Rolous Group (B/L)

Heading out of the town, we discover “the jewel of Khmer Art”, Banteay Srei temple. On the way, stopover at the Preah Dark village and the River of 1000 Lingas, locally named Kbal Spean. The site consists of a series of stone rock relief carvings in sandstone formations of the river bed and banks.

We follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with the elaborate architecture, and fine carvings. We also have time to explore the ancient Khmer civilization site of Hariharalaya which flourished in the late 9th and earlier 10th centuries. These are the earliest temples in the Angkor area and are referred to the Rolous group. Overnight Siem Reap.

Day 10

Siem Reap - Departure (B)

There is free time for your own exploration of the town and strolling around the shopping areas.

The trip ends after your transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure.
